DESCRIPTION:ARIZONA STATE PALMA CHAMPIONSHIP\nSponsored by the Arizona State Rifle and Pistol Association\nHosted by the Desert Sharpshooters Rifle Club\nNRA Registered\n1. RANGE LOCATION: The Ben Avery Shooting Range\, 25 mi. North of Phoenix\, AZ. ½ mile West of I-17 on the Carefree Hwy. (Exit 223).\n2. FACILITIES: A Camping area\, with electricity\, water & toilet facilities are available during the matches\,\nfor competitors only.\n3. RULES: Current NRA High Power Rifle Rules shall apply.\n4. ELIGIBILITY: All competitors must be paid up members of the ASRPA. ($25.00 for adults\, $10.00 for\njuniors). If a competitor does not wish to join the ASRPA\, he/she may pay a $10.00 match membership fee. All competitors must show their ASRPA membership card at the stat office when they are obtaining their squadding or pay the 10.00 match membership fee.\n5. ADVANCE ENTRIES ARE REQUIRED: All entries must be paid for in advance.\n6. INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES:  Register online at:  ARIZONA STATE PALMA CHAMPIONSHIP  If you wish to pay by check\, please use the following registration form\, check to be made out to ASRPA HP Division and mail to:  Andrew Cyr\, 17802 N 13th Place\, Phoenix\, AZ 85022. Phone: (602) 361-1488   Arizona State Palma Registration Form  Fees paid by those unable to attend will be refunded upon request\, providing cancellation is made prior to 6:00 PM Monday\, Nov 30\, 2026. There will be no refunds for those cancellations after that time.\n7. ENTRIES CLOSE: 6:00 PM Monday Nov 30\, 2026. Entries after this time are considered late entries and may be accepted to fill vacancies on existing relays only.\n8. ENTRY LIMITS: 90 Individual entries.\n9. FEES: All individual matches Sat. & Sun adults $90.00\, Saturday or Sunday adults $50.00\nReminder: Everyone who is not currently a paid-up member of the ASRPA must select one of the following options:\na. CHALLENGE FEE: $1.00 The challenge fee must be paid at the time the challenge is requested.\n11. PRACTICE FIRING:  There will be a 1000-yard practice on Friday\, December 4\, 2026.\n12. TARGETS: LR (Sling) & LRFC (F-Class)\n13. TARGET SERVICE:  This match will be fired on ShotMarker E Targets.\n14. EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATOR (ECI):  Approved NRA empty chamber indicators are required to be used except during the preparation period and firing of the relay. Those not having an ECI may purchase one at the Stat. Office for $2.00 each.\n15. SQUADDING: All matches will be squadded. Squadding tickets for individual matches will be issued at the Stat. Office starting at approx. 7:30 AM Saturday\, Dec 5\, and Sunday Dec 6\, 2026. A competitor who fails to obtain his squadding ticket by 8:30 AM will only be squadded to fill up vacancies.\n16. SCORING: Competitors will score. Any competitor failing to perform his scoring duties may be disqualified.\n17. CLASSIFICATION: NRA High Power Classification will be used. Rule 19.6 “Assigned Classification” may be used. Those unclassified or without proof of classification\, will be required to compete in the Master class. Please indicate classification on the registration form.\n18. DIVISION BY RIFLE: Matches #1\, 2\, 3\, 4\, Any/Any (Division A)\, Palma (Division P)\, F-Open (Division O)\, F-TR\, (Division T)\, Service (Division S).\nNOTE: Individuals must fire the same rifle in all matches.\n19. CATEGORIES: (Sat\, & Sun) Service\, Military Veteran and Civilian.\n20. AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st\, 2nd & 3rd match aggregate winners in each division on Sunday. Monetary Award groups must contain a minimum of 5 competitors\, or they will be combined with the next appropriate award group per policy. Second\, third\, fourth place\, etc.\nSPECIAL INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: Match #5 High Junior will be awarded. Match #6 Bonus Match winner.\n21. CHALLENGE PERIOD: The challenge period ends 30 min after the posting of the match results.\n22. RESULTS BULLETINS: Results bulletins will only be mailed to those people requesting them. DESCRIPTION:CAST BULLET DIVISION\nARIZONA STATE RIFLE AND PISTOL ASSOCIATION\nCAST BULLET MATCH 2026 \nRange: Benchrest \nLOCATION: Ben Avery (Black Canyon) Shooting Range – 20 miles north of Phoenix\, Arizona\, west of I-17\,\nexit 223 (Carefree exit). \nThe Cast Bullet Division of the ASRPA conducts rifle matches shooting cast lead bullets. The Division has three sections: Cast Bullet Benchrest\, Schuetzen and 22BPCR. Each section conducts its own matches. DESCRIPTION:Arizona State 3200 Smallbore Conventional Prone Tournament\nNRA State Championship Match\nSponsored by the Arizona State Rifle and Pistol Association\nHosted by Desert Sharpshooters Rifle Club\nNRA Registered Tournament\nLocation: Ben Avery (Black Canyon) Shooting Facility\, 25 miles north of Phoenix\, AZ. ½ mile west of I-17 on the Carefree Hwy. (exit 223). Competitors will enter through the main gate on Carefree Highway.\nFacilities: Soft drinks\, water and hot dogs are available on the public range\, but you are advised to bring your own lunch.\nAccommodations: Camping is available at the range.\nRules: Current NRA Smallbore Rifle Rules will apply. Rule 3.2 defines the rifle to be used.\nEligibility: Any competitive shooter. NRA membership is not required to compete in this match. Non-NRA members cannot set National Records. All competitors must be paid up members of the ASRPA. ($25.00 for adults\, $10.00 for juniors). Thursday\, December 31\, 2026. Entries received after this time are considered late entries and will be accepted to fill vacancies on existing relays.\nEntry Limits: 90 Individual entries.\nFees:\nAll individual matches Saturday & Sunday adults: $90.00\nAll individual matches Saturday & Sunday juniors: $50.00\nSaturday or Sunday (any one day only)\, adults: $50.00\nSaturday or Sunday (any one day only)\, juniors: $25.00\nScoring: Competitors may be required to score. Any competitor failing to perform Scoring duties may be disqualified.\nChallenge Fee: $1.00 will be charged for each challenge and paid at the time the challenge is requested.\nChallenge Period: The challenge period for the last match of Saturday will end at 9 am on Sunday. Challenges on Sunday will end 30 minutes after the final scores are posted.\nEmpty Chamber Indicator: Approved NRA “empty chamber indicators” are required to be always used except during the preparation time and firing of your relay. Those not having an ECI may purchase one at the stat office for $1.00 each.\nCompetitors: Competitors must furnish their own target-mounting clips\, will hang their own unfired targets and pull their own fired targets. Competitors will identify their targets and backers in the upper right-hand corner of the front face of each target and backer with their firing point number & correct and complete match information.\nClassification: NRA Conventional Smallbore Prone Classification will be used. Rule 19.6 “Assigned Classification” or 19.2 – Temporary Classification may be Used. Those unclassified or without proof of classification will be required to Compete in the Master class. If there are fewer than 3 competitors in a class\, that class will be combined with the next higher class.\nF-Class: Current NRA F-Class rules will apply regarding equipment and there will be no classes\, categories or division of rifle (I.E.\, F-Open vs. F-TR).\nPractice Firing: The match fees do not include Ben Avery Range fees for individuals practicing before the match. Those wishing to practice on Friday January 15\, 2027\, must pay a $10.00 range fee at that time. Practice firing will be after range set-up (Range set-up starts at 8:00am). Those helping set-up will have fees waived.\nFiring Time: Firing will begin at 9:00am both days. Time limits for firing and changing targets follow NRA rules. Competitors should plan to arrive by 8:00am to allow sufficient set up time.\nSquadding: All matches will be pre-squadded. Squadding will be posted on the range before the match starts. Firing points will not be changed once the match has started. Be prepared to show NRA Smallbore Rifle classification card. There may be a limited number of firing points available. If the number of entries exceeds the number of firing points available\, a second relay may be required.\nAwards: Medals will be awarded to the 1st\, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each division that has five or more entries. There will be a Sling\, Sling Optic and F-Class division on Saturday and Sunday.
