ARIZONA STATE HIGH POWER RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIPS AND “LEG MATCH”

RULES: Current NRA High Power Rifle Rules shall apply.

ELIGIBILITY: All competitors must be paid up members of the ASRPA. ($25.00 for adults, $10.00 for juniors). If a competitor does not wish to join the ASRPA he/she may pay a $10.00 match membership fee. All competitors must show their ASRPA membership card at the stat office when they are obtaining their squadding or pay the $10.00 match membership fee.

ADVANCE ENTRIES ARE REQUIRED: All entries must be paid in advance.

INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES: Make entry in individual events on enclosed Registration & Entry form (include NRA Membership ID#).
Entries MUST be accompanied by check, money order made payable to ASRPA, HP Division

Fees paid by those unable to attend will be refunded upon request, less a $10.00 service fee, providing cancellation is made prior to 6:00 pm, Monday, January 13, 2025. There will be no refunds for those canceling after that time. You may also enter on line at Desert Sharpshooters.com

MATCH 1: 600 yds. slow fire prone, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
22 minutes. MR-1, MR-1FC target.
MATCH 2: 600 yds. slow fire prone, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
22 minutes. MR-1, MR-1FC target.
MATCH 3: 600 yds. slow fire prone, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
22 minutes. MR-1, MR-1FC target.
Saturday, 18 January 2025, 9:00 AM
MATCH 4: 200 yds. slow fire standing, 2 sighters, 20 shots for record, 22 minutes.
MATCH 5: 200 yds. rapid fire sitting, 2 sighters & 2 ten-shot strings, rapid fire, sitting or kneeling, 60 seconds
per string.
MATCH 6: 300 yds. rapid fire prone, 2 sighters & 2 ten-shot strings, rapid fire, prone, 70 seconds per string.
MATCH 7: 600 yds. slow fire prone, 2 sighters & 20 shots for record, 22 minutes.
MATCH 8: THE ARIZONA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP: Total score of Matches 4, 5, 6, & 7.

Match 9: (CMP) Service Rifle “LEG” Match. It is not necessary to enter the NRA
Matches to fire this event.

ENTRIES CLOSE: 6:00 pm Monday, January 13, 2025. Entries after this time are considered late entries
and may be accepted to fill vacancies on existing relays only. An additional $20.00 will
be charged for late entries.

OPEN TO: Any citizen of the United States 16 years of age or older.

ENTRY LIMITS: 180 Individual entries.

FEES: All individual matches Friday & Saturday adults $75.00 – Friday Only $45 –  Saturday Only $45 –  Sunday Only (“Leg Match”) $30

Military teams must make advance arrangements to pay match fees.

Reminder: Everyone who is not a current paid up member of the ASRPA must select one of the following options:

Those wishing to be a member of the ASRPA may do so by submitting appropriate fees ($25.00 for adults; $10.00 for juniors). OR Those not wishing to be a member of the ASR&PA must pay a $5.00 one time match membership fee.

LATE ENTRY FEE: $20.00 additional.

CHALLENGE FEE: $1.00 The challenge fee must be paid at the time the challenge is requested.

PRACTICE FIRING: The match fees do not include Range fees for individuals practicing before the match.
Those individuals wishing to practice 200 & 300 yards on Thursday will pay a $12.00 range fee to the individual running the range on Thursday

TARGETS: SR at 200 yards., SR-3 at 300 yds., MR-1 at 600 yds.

TARGET SERVICE: Competitors will pull their own targets.
